Supervise and lead the production engineering team, including assigning tasks and setting priorities.

·         Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets.

·         Coordinate with other departments to ensure material and resource availability.

·         Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

·         Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

·         Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and specifications.

·         Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.

·         Enforce safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety training as needed.

·         Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.

·         Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.

·         Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production engineering role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.

·         Have experience in the plastic injection manufacturing industry.

·         Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methodologies.

·         Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

·         Good communication in English. Can speak Japanese is preferred.
